Epicalyx bracteoles 5-7, free, subulate, caducous. Calyx cyathiform, with 5 small, triangular segments. Corolla campanulate; petals yellow, obovate, rounded. Fruit a capsules globose to ovoid, mucronate, 5-angular; seeds obovoid, angular, hairy around the hilum.
