| Description of Species | Small trees up to 8 m high, with dark – brown or reddish bark. Stipules spines in pair or three, straight, whitish, to 1.5 cm long. Rachis 3 – 4 cm long; pinnae 4 – 8 pairs, to 2 cm long; leaflets 8 – 12 pairs, rigidly coriaceous, to 5 mm long, greyish – green. Heads pedunculate, clustered in the axils of leaves; bracts near middle of peduncle. Calyx minute, funnel – shaped.
