Description of Species Slender, hairy climbers; stem ribbed, branches villous or sparsely so. Leaves 3 – 5 foliate, 2 – pinnate or decompounds; leaflets ovate – lanceolate, rounded or oblique at base, entire or serrate – dentate along margins, acute to acuminate, hairy on both surfaces. Flower axillary, 3 – many flowered, pubescent panicles, cream – white or pale yellow; Sepals 4 – 5, erect or spreading, broadly oblong, recurved at tips, villous outside. Filaments linear, hairy towards base only, anthers mucronate. Fruits achenes ovoid – ellipsoid, compressed, silky. Leaf Details Leaves 3 – 5 foliate, 2 – pinnate or decompounds; leaflets ovate – lanceolate, rounded or oblique at base, entire or serrate – dentate along margins, acute to acuminate, hairy on both surfaces.
