Description of Species |
Stout climbers; branches slender or somewhat 4-gonous, with few prickles; branchlets often zig-zag. Leaves elliptic or broadly ovate-oblong, cuspidate, rounded or subcordate at base. Flower in umbels usually solitary or rarely 2-3 on common peduncle. Stamens as long as tepals; staminodes in female flowers absent, or present in few cases. Fruit a berries globose, red. |
