Description of Species |
Shrub up to 1.5 m. Leaves lanceolate or oblong-lanceolate, entire, pointed at both ends, glabrous or hairy on the nerves beneath. Flowers orange-yellow, in terminal or axillary, many flowered umbellate panicles. Calyx 5-lobed; a gland between 2-lobes. Corolla orange-red; lobes lanceolate, obtuse; anther tips membranous, inflexed. Fruit a Follicle erect, smooth, beaked; seeds comose, with thickened margins. |
