Description of Species	Evergreen, shrubs or trees,up to 10 m high, armed with simple or branched thorns. Flowers greenish white, 2 – 3 mm across, few in bracteate racemes or corymbs. Sepals 4(5), subsequal. Female flowers .Ovary flask – shaped to subglobose. Style 4 – 6.
